Sustainability report with an online version and a PDF

The sustainability report is the document where the company accounts for what it did during the year on environmental, social and governance topics, in the standard your industry and your investors recognize: GRI Standards, SASB, IFRS S1 and S2.

Mangue Tech delivers that report in two versions of the same data. The online version comes first: a page with a cover, section navigation and a progress bar, hosted at its own address, in your brand's layout. The PDF is generated from it, for anyone who has to attach a file to a tender, a bank or a client. It is not two jobs, it is one delivery in two formats.

Collection happens on the platform, not in a spreadsheet passed around by email. Every indicator has an owner on the client side, someone who validates it and a place to attach the receipt, the bill or the technical report that backs the number. The report records where the data came from, which reference was used, who approved it and when.

Indicators, documents and the multi-year series stay on the platform and can be exported at any time. Whoever hires us keeps the process, not just the file at the end. In the next cycle, the report picks up where it stopped.

If the report has to show emissions, the inventory comes into the same project: direct emissions from the operation, emissions from purchased energy and emissions from the value chain, in the structure of the GHG Protocol and of ISO 14064-1 when the case calls for it.
