O que é.
A well-structured ESG committee is what separates companies that publish an annual report from companies that build sustainability into business decisions. Mangue Tech designs the full governance model: membership, mandate, frequency, agenda, tracking metrics and reporting to the board.
We define clear roles: who collects data, who validates, who decides, who reports. We set the rituals (monthly meetings, quarterly reviews, board updates) and the progress KPIs. The goal is for ESG to run like any other management process in the company.
For listed companies, we align the structure with the governance requirements of IFRS S1 (the Governance pillar) and CSRD/ESRS (ESRS 2 GOV-1 to GOV-5). For family-owned or pre-IPO companies, we adapt the model to the organization's maturity.
