What it is.
Mangue Tech workshops are practical sessions built to get internal teams running carbon and ESG management on their own. They are not motivational talks: they are hands-on training with the company's real data.
We offer three formats: an executive session (4h, for C-level and the board, focused on risks, opportunities and governance), an operational workshop (8h, for the technical team, focused on inventory, platform and reporting) and a custom program (multiple sessions, for companies at the start of the journey).
Every workshop is built on the data and the context of the company taking part. The exercises use the real spreadsheets, the real emission sources and the frameworks that apply to the industry. The goal is for the team to come out able to work without depending on consultants.
